Historical Songs of Outlaws, Villains and Rogues is a discussion of our fascination with misdeeds, criminals and wrongdoing.  Songs from between 1600 and 1939 are presented to tell the stories of Captain Kidd, Jesse James, Stagger Lee, Pretty Boy Floyd and many other true-life villains.

Rick Spencer has been in the historical performance industry for over 25 years. He worked for 20 years as a researcher, historian and presenter of traditional maritime songs and sea chanteys at Mystic Seaport and has performed widely in the US, in Canada and Europe.
